Below, information is provided pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of the EU Regulation no. 679/2016 (“GDPR”), regarding the processing of the personal data of users who consult the website ‘https://www.imaginalis.it/, managed by the company IMAGINALIS S.r.l a sole proprietorship, hereinafter referred to simply as IMAGINALIS. The information regards solely the IMAGINALIS website and is not valid for other web pages or web sites outside IMAGINALIS that can be consulted through our links. The herein information, together with the information sheet on cookies, constitutes the IMAGINALIS website Privacy Policy and may be updated.

2.1 Browsing data

The personal data of users visiting the website will be limited to so-called browsing data, which must be transmitted to allow IT systems and programs to function that are required for the website to operate, but which by nature may, together with other data, allow users to be identified.

IP addresses or the names of computers used by the users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained from the response, the numerical code showing the status of the data response from the server (successful, error etc) and other parameters regarding the operating system and IT platform used by the user, may be a part of these.

These data are used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information about the website and to to check they function correctly. These data may also be used to check responsibility in the event that any cyber crimes are committed against the website, in compliance with current procedures in force with the competent authorities.

Without prejudice to this possibility, browsing data are only stored temporarily in observance of the applicable law.

The express, voluntary sending of an email to the addresses provided in the various access channels to this website will result in the subsequent acquisition of the email address and sender/user data, which are necessary for responding to requests and/or providing the service requested. However, we assure you that said processing will be based on the principles of correctness, legality and transparency and protection of confidentiality as indicated in the GDPR.

The user’s personal data may be shared, for the purposes set out in paragraph 3 of the herein Privacy Policy, with:

  • subjects who act as data processors, such as, for example: people, companies or professional offices that provide consultancy and assistance services to IMAGINALIS regarding accounting, administrative, legal, taxation and financial matters; parties delegated to carry out technical services; banks and insurance companies;
  • people authorized by IMAGINALIS to process the personal data for activities strictly related to the provision of services, that have a fitting legal obligation of confidentiality;
  • Polices forces, armed forces and other public administrations for the purpose of fulfilling obligations provided for by law, regulations and national or European legislation, and also credit collection professionals and agencies (e.g. Unpaid debt owed to us) or to defend IMAGINALIS in court, for example in the event of network violations by users;
  • Personal data can only be passed to IMAGINALIS’ commercial partners or third parties with the user’s consent (notwithstanding the fact that data security and protection criteria must be adopted by said parties, in line with current legislation), for marketing and profiling purposes, as described above.
  1. Storage period

Collected data will be stored for a period of no more than the period required to achieve the purposes for which said data are processed (“storage limitation principle”, article 5, GDPR) The obsolescence of stored data in relation to the purpose for which said data are stored will be verified every 12 months.

  1. Data subject’s rights

The users to whom any collected personal data refer,have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence (or not) of said data and to know their content and origin, check the correctness or ask for data to be added to or updated, or have processing rectified, erased, ported and limited, pursuant to articles 15 et seq., of the GDPR. The above-stated rights can be exercised by sending written communication to IMAGINALIS s.r.l. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali), pursuant to article 77 of the Regulations, if they believe that processing of their personal data is contrary to current legislation in force.

  1. Transfer overseas of data

Any data acquired while browsing the website will not be transferred overseas; in the event that such a need should arise, it will be IMAGINALIS’ responsibility to take all necessary measures so that said processing is compliant with legislation, therefore any service providers will be selected from among those who provide adequate guarantees, as provided for in article 46 GDPR 679/16. Processing, therefore, will be carried out using one of the methods permitted by current law, such as, for example, the adoption of Standard Contractual Clauses.
